General Toshevo SFF occupies the Eastern part of the Danube valley on the Northern part of the Dobrudzha plateau. The total area of the forestry is 15 091 hectare. The relief is lowland and hilly-plateau type, cut by dry valleys. The difference in the above sea-level altitudes is from 30 to 300 meters. The climate is characterized as typically continental. Widespread are the following plants naturally grown in this area: Turkey oak, Quercus robur, Quercus frainett
