Varna SFE occupies the Eastern part of Northern Bulgaria – right next to the Black Sea. Forestry’s total area is 34 178 hectare. The relief is hilly-flat with difference in the above sea-level altitude up to 350 m. Three big rivers run on the territory of Varna SFE – Kamchiya, Provadiyska and Batova.
